• How do I pay for my order?

    We accept both debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) and all of our payments are securely handled through Worldpay to ensure all transactions are handled safely.

 

  • Are there any hidden charges?

    The price that is shown is the price that you pay inclusive of all taxes.  The only additional cost is a fixed price for postage and packaging of all of your products.

 

  • How much are your delivery costs?

    For standard delivery, we charge £3.95 for postage and packaging to anywhere in the UK.  Next day delivery is available for £9.95.

 

  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?

    We aim to despatch orders on the same day on which they are placed, provided the order is received before midday, otherwise it will be the following morning.  Parcels usually take between 2-3 working days for standard delivery but please allow five working days for delivery.  For 'Next Day' delivery, orders will still need to be received before midday for your order to be received the following working day, otherwise it will be despatched the following morning.

 

  • What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

    It doesn't happen very often but if the courier fails to deliver your item, please do let us know as soon as possible by e-mailing contact@toodleswoodles.com and we'll take it up with the courier.  Once you've let us know and we have confirmed with the courier that your item has been lost or damaged, we will give you a refund for your item and despatch a replacement if you wish (and if it's in stock).  Please allow up to five working days for your item to be delivered but if it hasn't arrived by then, do let us know as we can't keep track of all the items that are sent out.

 

  • I placed an order for 'Next Day' delivery but it hasn't arrived the next day?

    While we can get your order despatched as quickly as possible (if order after midday it will be despatched the follwoing day), once it is with the courier we cannot absolutely guarantee that delivery will take place the next day.  If your delivery is late or is lost, please do let us know as soon as possible by e-mailing contact@toodleswoodles.com and further enquiries will be made.

 

  • Do you deliver overseas?

    Unfortunately, we aren't able to ship our products overseas at the moment.  This is something that we're looking into but at the moment we can only deliver within the UK.

 

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes.  Provided that your order has not yet been despatched, you can let us know of any changes to your order by e-mailing us at contact@toodleswoodles.com.

 

  • How will I know when my order has been sent?

    Confirmation that your order is being processed will be sent to you via e-mail.  A second e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.
