We at Toodles Woodles do hope that you will be happy with all of your purchases but, if in the unlikely event that you aren't, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt; provided that it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging. We would be very happy to exchange the items in question for either a replacement or a refund onto the original card from which you made the purchase. We will not be able to refund any payments for postage and packaging but if you do wish to make an exchange, then we will send any replacement free of postal charges.
If you would like to return any items, then you can do so by following the instructions that were on the reverse of the delivery note that came with your order. You will need to complete the form on the reverse of the delivery note, detail the item(s) that you are returning and enclose the note with them. Make sure that the items are securely wrapped and return them to:

Any packages returned will be at your own expense and we do recommend that you request a free certificate of posting from the Post Office (or proof of posting from whichever delivery company you use) as we cannot be responsible for any item(s) that are not received by us. Any item(s) that are not received will not be regarded as having been returned.
We take care to ensure that all products are of the highest standard but if you find that and order delivered to you is faulty, you can return it within 30 days of purchase using the returns process detailed above. You will be able to receive either a replacement or a full refund (which would also include the cost of posting back the item to us).
Toodles Woodles would not be able to accept, however, any item returned as faulty that has clearly been damaged due to regular wear and tear or that has been misused.
Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, you have the right to do so within seven working days of receiving your order. You must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel your order and that you will be returning the item(s). Upon receipt of this, we will be happy to offer you a full refund but regret that we would be unable to refund the postage cost of returning any item(s).
